The primary suite offers a king bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and deep soaking tub—perfect for unwinding after a day along the coast. A second guest suite also features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom is appointed with two twin beds and easy access to a full third bathroom, ideal for families or additional guests.

Every bedroom is outfitted with plush memory-foam mattresses to ensure exceptional comfort and restful nights. Throughout the home, thoughtfully selected furnishings and finishes complement the coastal setting without distraction, allowing the natural beauty just outside the windows to take center stage.

Guest Access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the house, decks, and patio. There is no access to the ocean from our property, but as a guest of Coastal Haven, you will have access to the private Irish Beach which is only a 3 min drive (or 15-20 min walk) from the house.

Accessibility
There are many sets of stairs throughout the house as well as on the exterior. Our home is not suitable for those with limited mobility.

Pets Welcome
At Platinum Vacations, we understand that pets are part of the family too. That's why Coastal Haven is proud to be a pet-friendly destination. Our property welcomes furry friends, offering a fenced yard for your pups to roam and play in a safe environment. We have a flat rate pet fee and we ask that you follow these pet rules:

• 2 Dog Maximum (no cats). • Do not leave pets unattended in home without owner present. • Furniture covers provided in the living room for couches and chairs. Do not allow pets on beds. • Please pick up your pet waste. • There is a community ordinance to leash pets. Observe leash regulations when in open areas. • Must be House Trained - No puppies or indoor pee mats.

Electric Vehicle Charging
We have a Level 2 universal EV charger for unrestricted guest use in the garage.

Guest Safety
Security Cameras: There is a security camera on the front of the house facing the driveway and a ring doorbell at the front door.

Home Safety: The house is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. There is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink.

Nature & Animals: The coast is abundant with wildlife. We have fox, coyote, bobcat, raccoon, skunk, and deer that pass through our property daily. Do not allow pets to wander free. Please keep dogs leashed at all times when outside.
